Game Info
Invs is a little game for Sony's PlayStation system (PAL version) and VM Labs' Nuon system.
It's a wave-based shoot-them-up (think Galaga) with 21 levels and various enemies.
It was featured on the coverdisk of Official PlayStation Magazine #108 and #88 in the UK.
It is also available as a download for Net Yaroze members. The Nuon port was made by DragonShadow Industries; it is available here. Gameplay hints can be found in the Game Guide.

Credits
The Net Yaroze libraries included in the program are copyright
1996 Sony Computer Entertainment. Small parts of the program are
derived from code written by Stuart Ashley (tmd), Kenny Hoff (Bresenham),
Seymour Shlien and Sven Sandberg (splines from the Allegro game programming library).
The Main Tester was Emilie Drappier (who commented 'this works a
little like Final Fantasy').
Background
Invs was designed and produced using Sony's Net Yaroze system. It is written entirely in C; the sources are available here. The code was written using PFE on an HP Omnibook 800ct and compiled with the
GCC provided with the Net Yaroze. Graphics were made using
Microsoft Paint and a Wacom Intuos tablet. Sounds were made with
a mouth and a pen. If you have anything to say or ask about this game, feel free to email me.
